Voucher Batch

The page for creating and managing voucher batches can be accessed from the vouchers screen.

The button will only appear for those vouchers that:

  • Are single use
  • Have a title of 10 or fewer alphanumeric characters
  • Public
  • A voucher batch parent

Creating a New Voucher Batch​

Create a new voucher using the normal voucher creation form or update an existing voucher as a voucher batch parent.

Click "Voucher Batch"

On the voucher batch screen enter the number of vouchers in the batch and the start and end date for the batch.

Once the batch has been created click "Generate Voucher CSV" to download the voucher codes.

Activating / Deactivating Batches​

Batches can be activated / deactivated from the voucher batch screen. Turning a batch to "Not Active" will prevent the vouchers in that batch from being used.
